1. What size should I order?

We recommend large for men, medium for women, and small for children. Please check our size chart below.

• Small: W 6.7 in (17 cm) x L 3.9 in (10cm)
• Medium: W 7.5 in (19 cm) x L 5.1 in (13cm)
• Large: W 9.1 in (23 cm) x L 5.5 in (14cm)

2. What fabric is the mask made of?

The mask and filters are 100% cotton. Our copper ion fabric filter is a combination of cotton and copper ion fiber that has powerful antibacterial, antimicrobial, and deodorizing benefits. Our copper ion fabric filter has been certified by the Korea Apparel Testing & Researching Institute (KATRI).

3. How do I wash the mask?

Hand-wash the masks and filters with soap. Do not machine wash as it could damage the integrity of the fabric.

4. How often should the mask be washed?

We recommend washing the mask and filter at least once a day to keep the inner lining, the filter, and the outer surface clean.

5. Is it reusable?

Yes! You can reuse the mask after washing it. 

6. Who is the mask for?

Anyone can wear our masks - they're a sustainable way to protect ourselves and our families. The masks are not intended for health-care workers. 

7. When will I receive my order?

We will process your order within 1 business day.

Thanks to support from our customers, we have expanded our warehouse capacity to 14 different locations in the U.S.

With this expansion - starting in mid-September, we have decided to offer expedited shipment ($4.90 for order value below $50, and FREE expedited shipment for order value above $50) to our customers to ensure they receive our Mamask faster and in a more reliable fashion.

We realize how volatile and unstable the logistics situation is due to Covid. With our expanded network of warehouses closer to our customers in the U.S., we hope to provide customers with faster and more reliable shipment. At the same time, however, our customers could see some split-shipment for their orders as certain SKUs may not be available in all warehouses. Thank you so much for your understanding.
